What is Upskill?
Upskill Climbing was founded in 2007 by Lee Cujes.
We're kinda psyched on training for climbing, and we blog and write articles about it. We run international climbing camps. We also operate an online gear store - upskillclimbinggear.com.
Never stop improving!™

- Lee Cujes
- Climbing since the mid 90s, Lee has a strong background in traditional climbing, later moving into establishing new routes, writing guidebooks & pursuing sport climbing. After travelling much of the world climbing, Lee developed a structured training program for climbers in 2007 & started coaching a select group of climbers. He now runs climbing camps around the world to help climbers develop their skills & achieve their goals in climbing. He writes a regular coaching column for ROCK magazine and is the Australian news editor for 8a.nu. In 2011, he launched upskillclimbinggear.com, an online climbing gear shop.
